Rayca Programs Therapeutic co-development
We advance therapeutic programs together with academic medical centres and biotechnology companies. Each one runs on the Rayca platform, from target intake to experimental validation.
Our programs across modalities and stages.
Each program is co-developed with a partner who brings the biology and the experimental work, while Rayca brings molecular design, simulation and the evidence that connects them. Partner names, targets and data stay confidential to each program.

Macrocyclic peptide therapeutic
Co-developmentMacrocyclic peptidesCurrent stage: Hit-to-lead
Designed and triaged in silico, then synthesised as a focused set. Functional activity has been confirmed in a cellular assay.
RP-02
Bispecific nanobody-based degrader
Co-developmentNanobody degradersCurrent stage: Early assay feedback
Variants explored and filtered through structural and developability gates. Kinetic and thermodynamic modelling is complete and bench validation is under way.
RP-03
Small-molecule targeted degrader
Co-developmentSmall-molecule degradersCurrent stage: Physics-guided triage
Target-to-hit design spanning small-molecule generation, degrader engineering and physics-based evaluation, integrated with independent disease-model testing.
RP-04
Cyclic peptide discovery
Platform validationCyclic peptidesCurrent stage: Early assay feedback
A joint program on a difficult peptide-discovery target that produced experimental enrichment, an early validation of the computational-to-experimental loop.
Stages are indicative. Targets and partners are not disclosed.
How we partner on therapeutic candidates.
Every program is structured with its partner. These are the arrangements we most often put in place, alone or in combination.
01
Co-development
A shared program. The partner brings disease biology, assays and development capability; Rayca brings molecular design, simulation and program intelligence. Ownership and economics are agreed at the outset.
02
Forward asset agreements
A partner secures rights to a candidate in advance and funds its progression to an agreed stage, with the transfer terms set before the work begins.
03
Option to license
A partner holds an option on a program and may exercise it at a defined decision point, with an upfront payment and development milestones.
